During his schooling Paul came to understand the benefits of TaiChi and Qigong (a pillar of TCM) and pursued further training outside of school. Paul subsequently participated in multiple TaiChi competitions and earned a silver medal in group Yang Style at the 2017 International competition held in Newmarket ON.
Paul is a patient man, and has a deep love of learning…taking an approach of “no stone unturned” which translates into his philosophy of treating patients. This ensures the best course of action is taken with his patients and thus creates the best possible outcomes.
While specialization is not something that is a part of TCM, Paul focuses his practice on helping people cope with mental health issues. Personal experience dealing with PTSD including stress, anxiety, depression has given Paul the understanding of the more effective methods within TCM’s scope to best produce good outcomes.
